This agreement describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter simply “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through the website www.klassenpumps.com (hereinafter, “WEBSITE”), owned by Bombas Klassen S.A. de C.V. I. PURPOSE

The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to regulate access to and use of the WEBSITE, understood as any type of content, product, or service made available to the general public within the domain www.klassenpumps.com.

II. THE USER

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the OWNER undertakes to adopt the necessary measures within its reach to ensure the privacy of the personal data collected, guaranteeing its security and preventing its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing.

In addition, in order to comply with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, all personal data collected through the WEBSITE will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, quality, purpose, loyalty, and accountability. VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the USER and Bombas Klassen S.A. de C.V. shall be governed by the laws in force in Mexico, specifically in the state of Chihuahua. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties shall submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts corresponding under the law of the state referenced above.
